Yes. Every web site needs a web address, its the Internet's version of your house address and allows people to easily find your online shop.
Simply buy a web address from the likes of heartinternet.com or easily.co.uk and
you can point your new web address at your new online shop.
Q. Who runs my shop?
You do! We are here to make sure your shop works, is looked after and offer help and support when you want it. As the shop owner you get to
set up your own shopping categories, add your own products and process your own orders - we can help with advice on all of that!
Q. How do I make money with my shop?
Put simply, you buy a product at a low trade price and then sell it through your shop at a higher retail price. That is the basics of retail! The aim
is to sell as many products as possible and to do that you need your own online shop, and a way for people to find your shop on the Internet.
Q. Can I use a drop-shipper?
Yes of course, its your business and you can use any type of suppliers you like!
Q. Can I run my own online shop part-time?
Yes! We got started many years ago running our shop as a part-time business. Gradually it became more successful and we were
able to turn our shop into a full time business.
Q. Can I add my own products?
Yes of course! Although we can offer lots of advice on how to run your online shop, it is up to you as the shop owner to decide on what to sell and at what price.
Q. How do my customers pay me?
In order to accept payments from your customers you need to set up trading accounts. You can get started with a PayPal account which is free to set up. For the more
serious retailer you can acquire a merchant account from your bank and use a payment service provider to accept debit and credit card payments online.
Q. How much does it all cost?
Our prices are clearly set out here. If you are planning to promote your new online shop locally to start with, you can get
started by word of mouth and no other costs until you get your first sale. Obviously the more you can invest in advertising, buying stock and business processes the quicker your online shop will grow.
Q. How can you make my shop for so little money?
We have developed a special website that changes itself into hundreds of different shops depending on what web address is used to visit it.
This means that we do not need to create each new shop from scratch saving us time and you money! The technical term for this is white labelling.
Q. Are upgrades really included in the monthly subscription?
Yes! For the same reason described above, changes we make to our special website are instantly reflected in yours and everyone else's shop.
Q. Why do I pay a monthly subscription?
Think of it like renting a room or an office. In return for a monthly subscription, we take care of all the technical stuff like hosting, technical maintenance and of course unlimited
upgrades as they become available.
There are no long term contracts to sign, when you want to move your
shop elsewhere or take a break for a while simply cancel your monthly subscription - its as easy as that!
Q. How do I get started?
Simply buy your shop, we will get in touch to help you get your shop up and running. When your shop is ready we will send you a username and password
so you can login to your shop and start personalising it.
