Q. I Already have a web address, can I use it with my new shop?

Yes, all you need to do is update the DNS settings of your web address to:

ns1.hostinguk.net ( this is the primary name server )
ns1.us.net-work.net ( this is the secondary name server )

Let us know once you've updated your web address and we will add it to our eCommerce software.


Q. Do I have to pay extra to have my shop customised?

We hold Boutique Wednesdays every week during which time we are happy to make any style changes to your shop, just step into our Boutique!

Q. How can I accept money and orders through my new shop?

Internet Retailer have partnered with several of the leading online payment service providers to allow you to accept payments from your customers.

Your shop comes with a built-in shopping basket system, so all you need to do is open an account with one of the payment service providers and integrate your account with them into your shop.


Q. How much is all this going to cost me?
